How long does delivery take?

If you order before 12:00 on a weekday, your order will probably be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. There may, however, be a delivery disruption with the selected shipping company, which may extend the delivery time - this happens occasionally.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

At least you can! We have extended our right of return up to 30 days from when you receive your order. If you are not 100% satisfied, then we would like to take the order back, so that you do not have to keep a product that is not to your liking.
